HESS Communications, LLC was founded in 2001 by telecommunications veteran Stephen W. Hess and is based in Annapolis, MD. With over 35 years of telephony experience, our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while getting the job done right.
We have served in many roles over the years, such as project managers, telecom supervisors, project coordinators, and installation and service technicians. By applying this vast and diverse experience, we focus on the customers’ needs and strive to meet them.
